Ellen Lee Jackson owns and manages Victory Rose Thoroughbreds in Vacaville, California. This 63-acre training and breeding facility is almost in its third decade of operation at this location. The farm is centrally located, 55 miles east of Golden Gate Fields and 15 miles West of the U.C. Davis Veterinary Hospital and offers easy highway access off Interstate 80 or Highway 505.
